Free delivery when you spend £50 or more!
Our delivery charge is £4.99 for orders under £50 to mainland UK. Please note that our minimum order quantity is 12 bottles from our “pick n mix”, soda, tonic or bulk buy range. However, spirits can be purchased in single quantities.
Please note that we only ship to mainland UK at this current time, but hope for this to change soon!
We send orders via DHL courier which is sent on a next day delivery service. However, please allow up to 2 days for delivery during the COVID pandemic as online sales have hit an all time high and the delivery people are working their little bums off at the moment.

Our cut off time for same day dispatch is 3pm Monday-Friday.
If you have not received your order within 5 working days of placing your order please don’t hesitate in getting in touch via email@example.com or clicking the handy support button at the bottom right hand of the screen.
DHL provides you with an hour time slot on the morning of delivery and you’ll be notified of this delivery time via email and/or mobile. Please note that you are unable to pick a time slot.
During busy periods such as Christmas and Bank Holidays, delivery times and estimates may vary.
DHL requires a signature when delivering, however during the COVID pandemic they are currently instructed not to obtain one from you. They will knock on your door and take a picture of where they have left the parcel as proof of delivery.
If you ask for a parcel to be left safely, (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the parcel(s) go missing after it is left.
If you didn’t quite catch the door in time, they caught you while you were in the shower or you simply weren’t in, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to re-book your delivery online to a date that’s best for you. If you struggle with this process, please do get in touch!
Please be aware that if you need to change a delivery address once we’ve already dispatched your order, a fee may apply that’s subject to DHLs terms and conditions.
If a delivery is unsuccessful and subsequently returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we would need to deduct £10 from your refund or charge this to re-ship your order. We incur fees when goods are returned by DHL, so pretty please do your best and be in for your delivery pal!
Returns & Refunds

All items must be intact and unopened in order for us to process a refund for you, so please use the packaging we’ve sent you - Whenever you need a box, you can never find one! We strongly recommend using www.dpd.co.uk to return goods as it's a cost effective to send items tracked.
Please note that you are liable for the the cost to return goods back to us.
If you’ve received your order incorrectly, we’re so sorry! We wouldn’t want robots taking over the world so sadly human errors may occur rarely. Please get in touch with us by quoting your order number and an image of what you’ve received and we’ll send you out your correct drink(s) no quibble. You’ll get to keep what we’ve incorrectly sent you as a token of our apology.
We package your goods with care and attention, however in the unlikely event that your drinks have had a “smashing time” in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with attached pictures of the damage and we’ll happily replace your drinks for you.
We process returns within 48 hours of receipt and refunds usually take 2-3 working days to reach your account.
