Made in Belgium, an incredible man named Dimitri was on a mission to spice up his taste buds. Broke but not defeated, Dimitri bought a ginger press (much to his Wife's annoyance) and began pressing pure, organic ginger with herbs and spices in his shed. What started as a hobby, grew into the business it is today.
Gimber is completely organic and packed with 38% organic ginger, which is not only delicious but has many health benefits such as easing nausea, lowering blood sugar and fighting germs.
Incredibly versatile, Gimber can be enjoyed neat (if you're brave enough), enjoyed with sparkling water, added to food or as an ingredient for many mocktail recipes.
We recommend 20-30ml per serving - If you mix with sparkling water and ice, use 1 part Gimber to 10 parts water (10ml Gimber - 100ml sparkling water)
Sedimentation & separation is completely normal, so make sure to give it a good shake after every use.
Once opened, store in the fridge and use within 60 days.

Ingredients: Organic ginger, organic cane sugar, organic lemons, water & organic herbs.
Serve It Simple
- 20-30ml Gimber
- 200ml Sparkling water
- Mint or Thyme
Simply fill your glass with ice, add Gimber, top up with sparkling water and finish off with Mint or Thyme. We recommend that you start with 20ml, because you can always add more to give it more umph!
Gimber Virgin Mojito
- 25ml Gimber
- 60ml Sparkling water
- 10ml Lime juice
- 15ml Sugar water (Or use Agave Syrup/Honey as substitute)
- Handful of fresh mint leaves
- Half a Lime
Put the mint leaves, lime parts and sugar water in the glass and muddle until combined
Next, add Gimber, lime juice then crushed ice
Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh mint and dried ginger.
